Ostara Coffee Roasters the first Women-Owned and -Operated coffee roaster in Fort Worth, Texas. Founded in March of 2022, we began selling small batch roasts and cold brew to the public that November 2022 at local markets and retailers, and also by shipping and local delivery.

To produce our coffee we start with green coffee beans ethically-sourced from around the world, roast them them to delicious perfection, and then ship them to your front door. Cold Brew bottles are currently only available at local markets, retailers, and for local delivery in the Fort Worth area.
