About Ostara Coffee Roasters
Ostara Coffee is the first women-owned coffee roaster in North Texas. Founded in 2022 out of a passion for true coffee artistry, quality, and hospitality, we are proud to serve our neighbors from our café in the heart of Fort Worth's Near Southside.
As we refined our roasting program, we began experimenting with cold brew and created a proprietary brewing process that produces a smoother, more balanced coffee with exceptional consistency. Today, we're proud to be bottling Fort Worth's first ready-to-drink cold brew lattes for retail and wholesale distribution.
Why We Make Coffee
In 2022, we noticed a gap in the local scene. Frustrated by a lack of enthusiasm, creativity, and consistent quality in area cafes, we decided it was time to set a higher standard for specialty coffee in Fort Worth.
At Ostara Coffee, we don't just brew coffee, we roast every bean that we serve and we approach it with the strict quality controls, data-driven science, and culinary standards that have been missing from local coffee shops.
