Ostara Coffee is a women-owned micro-roaster and specialty coffee shop dedicated to the Fort Worth coffee community. Founded in 2022 out of a passion for true coffee artistry, quality, and hospitality, we are proud to serve our neighbors from our cafe in the heart of Fort Worth's Near Southside.

Why We Make Coffee

In 2022, we noticed a gap in the local scene. Frustrated by a lack of enthusiasm, creativity, and consistent quality in area cafes, we decided it was time to set a higher standard for specialty coffee in Fort Worth.

At Ostara Coffee, we don't just brew coffee, we roast every bean that we serve and we approach it with the strict quality controls, data-driven science, and culinary standards that have been missing from local coffee shops.

To ensure we source the absolute best beans and develop flawless roast profiles, our team trains using tools and techniques developed by:
