PT barista- Lead Barista

20-30 hrs/week , $12-15/hr + tips

who we are:

We were coffee roasters, then we made cold brew, then we made a coffee shop! We’re new to our café but we’ve been in the neighborhood for a while, and we’re looking for employees to help us grow.

We’re also a small, independent coffee company, so this is a hands-on role. You’ll spend plenty of time behind the bar, but you’ll also help set the tone for the shift, support the team, and make sure our coffee, food, and hospitality are consistently up to our standards.

We care about good coffee, good food, genuine hospitality, and creating a workplace where people can learn and get better at what they do.

Read through the description below for a more in-depth explanation of the role and submit your resume at the bottom.
