Lead Barista (Management Track)

35-40 hrs/week

January 2026 start date

who we are:

We were coffee roasters, then we made cold brew, then we made a coffee shop! We’re new to our café but we’ve been in the neighborhood for a while, and we’re looking for employees to help us grow. As a Lead Barista you’ll perform standard barista duties (listed below) while also learning the ropes to take on the Front of House Manager Role (12-18 months). This is an experience-required, growth-oriented position where you’ll be trained on how to run the FOH while also working closely with the Production Manager to learn how both sides of the business work together.
